First mod!
Ok i lied, its the second, I put the matte black kidney grills on first.
So we will call this the first Performance Mod. Injen Intake, Black wrinkle, took about 40 min to install. Next two weeks...Procede v5, Riss Racing DP's and my HKS exhaust with Ti tips. Then, KW v2 coilovers, and Avante Garde M310 Hypersilver wheels. Thanks Alan at **********s!! |

Great mod!!
Do you have an E90 or E92? I would love to hear the exhaust once you put on the HKS's.

It was my pleasure helping you out with the matte black grills, InJen intake, and HKS exhaust for your E90 335i George. I know that you're going to enjoy all of the mods and of course the increased performance! Post up some sound clips once you get the exhaust installed as I can't wait to hear it! I'm sure that we'll be in touch shortly for the Avant Garde M310 and KW V2's

I was debating between HKS and AE exhaust couple years ago and ended up getting the AE. I would love to hear the HKS's in person since no local member has it on an E90, or even E92 I think.

My interest in the HKS was mostly due to the power gains it has over other exhausts, though sound is also a factor, the HKS has a nice growl, without any drone, come on down to Fab tech for the BBQ on the 11th, you will be able to hear it then!

I am still not sold on the intake ... I would have just gone with a drop in filter to save yourself some $$$ Looks good though!

No power loss at all, not sure why people are saying low end torque goes away, sounds good, can hear the little turbos spinning, throttle response is better.
And just for you j,,,the #1 reason for doing this u/g.....the chicks think its HOT!!! |
