Everything good but still no sound?

Recently purchased a 2007 bmw 335i with the CCC navigation and logic 7 amp. It has no sound from the speakers and won’t even make the door chime sound, idrive still shows radio and everything though. Was originally told by the place I bought it from the head unit was bad, and needed to be replaced but once they did it, it still did not work. They went on to stay the amp was bad too, but after taking apart the trunk the amp had a solid yellow and red light displayed, which should mean it is good (no signs of water or anything either). Tried other options like buying the bypass loop for other modules, but none of the other modules are bad, as for the optical loop is complete because there is a flashing red light underneath the driver side dash when I unplug final loop. Still after all of this I have no sound and don’t know where to start because everything seems fine.
Also note that i have three optical cables in my trunk but only two were connected (one to the amp and one to the satellite module) nothing else is back there and the third wasn’t plugged into anything. It didn’t have a red light at all, tried plugging the bypass loop into it too and still no sound. Despite nothing being plugged into that i still have the flashing light in the front of the car below the dash.

There is the Ebay 30 day return option if amp doesn't fix it.

If you get a Head Unit from another car 95 percent chance it will
have to be programmed for the options on your car including the Head Unit being set to Logic 7 and not Hi Fi or Base stereo.

Unless you have verified the Head Unit , Amp and any module that is
attached to the Most Bus in another car with the same options
as yours you really don't know if they are good or bad.

Read the above thread there are Indicator Led's on the Logic 7
amp that tell you things.

I would think there should at least be a TCU in this car
Telephone Control Unit which is also part of the Most Bus.
