car pulling right issue

Hey guys,

So here's the issue, when the car is not under load, i have to adjust the steering wheel to the left for the car to drive straight. When im under WOT, wheel is straight... i suspected the axle is bad so i replaced it and still no dice. swapped front tires to see if it would pull the other way and still same issue and i know the calipers aren't seizing.. All front end components are brand new, ball joints, axles, sway bar links etc. Also, front drive shaft is pulled to rule out the T-case. could this be a bad rack? I'm out of ideas, if anyone has ever had this issue let me know!

Have you checked your alignment? I'd start with that 100$ at Belle tire
