iPhone cradle

Hi all,

Does your iPhone get very hot when in your cradle? Used mine for the first time yesterday and was surprised at how hot it got.

You can always try a hard reset on your phone or try to recaliberate your iphone battery. Which is using it until it dies and then charging it while it is off and finally performing the reset once the battery is 100%.

The iphone battery is capable of more than 500 charge/discharge cycles. For some that is 1.5-2 years usage and for others it means nothing. If we are constantly charging from different points e.g. 60% etc. In the long run it is not too good so a full drain and recharge is recommended at a minimum, monthly.

If the heat is to the point of being unable to touch it or fry an egg on it then you could have a faulty battery.

Sonetimes when I plug mine in under the arm rest I leave the drink cooling feature on as my iphone can get warm when in use.
