lag in power when shifting 1 to 2 gear after installing after market parts

Im having a issue with my setup. I have a 2007 335i e90 Manual 6 speed.
peviously Ive changed injectors, coils, spark plugs, vanos, oil filter housing gaskets, install oil catch can, new valve seals and cleaned head intake ports. head gasket, timing chain and guides, crankshaft sprocket, upgraded ecu to newer model and programmed CAS. Car was running perfect before installing aftermarket parts.
Last night i finished installing vrsf 5" intercooler, vrsf catless downpipes, charge pipes, HKS blowoff valves on my car and tested it out without MHD tune. I notice that my car would lag in power when I shift from 1-2 gear. When i step on the gas, feels like a loss of power for a couple seconds and then it picks up again.
So I thought maybe i need to update my ecu to MHD stage 2+ and it would fix this issue being that i have blow off valve etc...
I installed MHD stage 2+ and car seem to run smoother, but still had issue when shifting to next gear. Id get a lag in power. anyone know why? I wonder if it has to do with blow off valve? any help is appreciated. thank you in advance.

Can you run a data log so you can actually see what is going on with the throttle, boost, fuel, timing, etc, etc....when you shift?

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking about doing that. Sorry for my stupid question. Im new to this data log thing. How do i run a data log?
Ill try and search on internet also in the mean while to see what i can pull up on this. I have also bought the MHD monitor package too. after reading up on data logging. i read that most logging was done from 3rd to 4th gear pulls? do u suggest i use the auto data logging from MHD to log 1st and 2nd gear pulls? I still need to figure out how i can pull that log out of phone and share it on here...

upload it through the MHD App at datazap.me. That's where you upload logs and people are able to view the entire log with all data available to them

No, its a max of 3 per upload. Just click "browse" and select your log and upload it, it will work fine.

Could it be something as simple as the traction control kicking in and killing power because you are spinning the tires on the 1-2 shift?

Yep.....try turning it off and see what happens. It may be sensing spin so quick that it's stopping the spin before you can even feel it.

You are overshooting TQ limiter and your boost targets are way off. Are you at WOT? Your pedal position is kind of all over the place too.

It looks like you have traction control on, turn it all the way off and re-log.

dont think i am WOT all the time. how do i correct for the overshooting of TQ limiter? also how do i correct boost targets to match?

I will hold the DTC buttton for 10sec when i get home and that should turn off the traction control. then I will do another log. I will also clear my CEL before i do another data log because my cooling fan wasnt plugged in all the way.

thanks for helping. I appreciate it.

btw, I have a MT 6 speed, would that explain the question about pedal position and WOT? in between gears, i let off on throttle...

When you aren't shifting the log shows you are not at WOT - I can't remember if MHD pedal position is affected by throttle closures from the ECU, but once you get a new log with traction control all the way off we should be able to see whats going on
