Angry Need Help Possible Boost Leak!!

Hey what’s up everyone I’m new to the forum and new to the whole MHD tuning. I have a BMW 335i N55 with vrsf catless downpipe, 7” Intercooler, bms intake, evolution racewerks charge pipe and MHD v1.80 stage 2+ tune. I feel like the car is super slow, way slower than stock tbh. I’m just learning to read the charts but I’m still lost. My problem is the boost seems to be wayyyy to low. I need help diagnosing the problem, I feel like it has to be a boost leak but I don’t know where to start. Can someone point me in the right direction? Here is a log, did 2 2nd gear pulls starting at 2500 rpm in sports mode.

Have you replaced/checked the turbo inlet pipe? They're also made out of that crappy plastic on the charge pipe.

Looks like you’re no where near target, may be a massive leak. Have you checked the chargepipe to make sure it’s seated completed? Also at the intercooler, and the inlet pipe that was mentioned above?
