Hey tisme - great looking car.

just a quick question: are you sure about tihs statement? the tilting mirror should be part of the electically folding option (ie. option 430). You just have to have make sure the switch (mirror selector) is on the left side when reversing. Let me know, I would be surprised if not...

tisme - great car - cant wait for my facelift 335i to arrive!

Have you tried the mirror folding from the remote?

On my 06 car you can also fold the mirrors whilst locking the car by holding the 'lock' button on the remote for a couple of seconds. This is a great feature i used all the time.

Dealer tell me this feature is NO LONGER PROVIDED on any post ED vehicles!!!

It's not even configurable by the dealers. Some anti yank-law-suit-health-and-safety reason.

Does anyone know about this?

Very nice. Lights look great. Bluewater looks like a cool colour, though I've not seen it 'in the metal' as yet.

I have a wierd thing with the remote, but it's the drivers window. If I press the unlock button a few times, when the drivers door is opened the window drops half way, then goes back up when I close the door...

Passenger door mirror tilting down when in reverse works on the M3, but not on our 55 plate 130. Maybe it's a software thing that can be fixed at the next service? [need the mirror select switch on left for it to work btw]

it is a feature in the coupe, pressing unlock twice brings down the windows to make access easier in tight spots. it brings down window if door is open (on either side). I use it a fair bit, makes a big difference.

mirror select has to be on drivers side for tilt to work for me, so right if rhd car?

No, tilting mirrors do not work and I think it is because I did not get full electric seats.

Just one comment, as the mph has gone up, the mpg has gone down. OBC shows 51.3mpg since I have had it and that is 3,700 miles but actual mpg is 45.

I can do more pics. Of anything in particular?

ps, I have stopped using my iPhone with it. It is much easier to load the music onto the hard drive and use memory sticks.

pss. the 6 CD changer was a complete waste of time if you have the internal hard drive.

Front, side and back and engine bay would be great, thanks.

Nice car, well done!

The lighter leather does get dirty easily the Autoglym spray soon sorts it though!

Get some tweeters in the door corners!!

Mine will not fold the mirrors by holding the lock button down but it will close the windows if they are left open.

The mirror button on mine has to be to the right to tilt the nearside mirror in reverse.

Are you sure it has a cd for the satnav as I was told the new ones had an upgradable built in one

Steve, thanks for the tip on Autoglym.

There are tweeters in the door corners; I'll do some pics . I have the individual sound system.

Mine folds the mirrors by pressing the lock button, but will not dip them. If I had full electric seats (I only went for part) I could have had the dipping mirror.

There is no sat-nav CD or DVD; it is pre-loaded onto the hard drive. I have a DVD player in the front for playing DVDs on the Nav Screen and a 6 CD-changer in the boot.

Depending on the weather, I'll take some more pics soon.
