WOW

They are good enough for the cover of BMW magazine. Very nice.

I never realised we had so many talented people on this forum.

Cheers.

Looks great e93, where were these taken? (I'm in Port Macquarie for 2 weeks and this scenery looks vaguely familiar)!

off topic thread maybee?

looks nice though... looks a little like there was too much light being let into the camera, was it changed from auto? to get a clearer and cripser shot, maybee take the pics a little earlier, just after there is some colour appearing in the sky, then change the curves and colour balance, that way, you get a more intense colour, but retain a balance with the car and sky

out of interest, where you aiming for 70% focus on the sky? or a 50/50

some nice pics in there though

That's pretty technical Astra. I point, shoot and hope for the best but then get upset when it doesn't look like a proffesional shot:mad:

Should play around with those settings.

hehe, normally with a point and shoot digi cam, if you leave it on aut it will do the best job 90% of the time, but yeh, if you wanna play with lighting and effects it helps

Hi Astra, truth is I looked out the window - saw a great sunset - grabbed my $400 camera and ran to the garage - layed rubber down the road to get to a nice spot - jumped out and pressed the button. I'm not a "photographer" by any means. Just a point and shoot guy. I was almost too late and probably missed the best opportunity. Still wasn't disappointed though
