Need custom tuner for N52 SC kit (110mm pulley + e85/meth)

So I just got all my parts order, ESS V1+ kit, 110mm pulley, S65 injectors and had talked to BPC a few months back about a custom E85/Meth tune for the N52. I emailed to make payment and find out Bob is no longer there. Looking for recommendations on who might be able to help me out. Anyone?

What are BPC currently saying about ECU tuning? Are you doing a remote tune for the supercharger or taking it to Bob? Look forward to seeing the results, what does the 110mm pulley run as boost?

I'm having Bob do it, BPC is not current supporting any tuning. We just had a preliminary conversation but the goal is 110mm pulley with e85 and possible meth cooling at 7.5psi. Since I have a 2012 auto, might be able to remap the transmission to 7500 redline for additional boost if Xhp can unlock it. Stretch goal 350whp. Need to datalog current set up to make sure everything is in good health and kosher. Motor only had 44k on it so hoping everything is good to go.

Will it be a remote tune? i.e. you're sent files, you load and then data log or will it be done on a rolling road? Bob emailed me to say he has flash cables arriving any time

Remote with data logging.

Keep us up to date on how it goes! I'd like to go this route eventually as well, and I'd need to do remote tuning too

I was hoping to get a base dyno pull this week but the only shop with AWD dyno in my city isn't responding. Going to research other shops in my area during lunch.

SC installed will most likely be Wednesday night and tuned Thursday.

Use a dynojet so people can compare the results. What do you think you will put down?

Dynojet scheduled for tomorrow in Cincy, I'll do pulls at same place post tuning Friday.

Bob seems to think conservatively with 110mm pulley, s65 injectors, and e85 tune 320-330. If we can unlock the trans and get it shift at 7500 we're talking a possible 350 whp. I need to look underneath the car to see if I have GM or ZF, Bob said he's seen some late production e91 (2011-2012) have the ZF 6 speed auto but the only way to verify is physically look at the manufacture plate. I'm sure it's GM, I'm not that that lucky.

I have an AEM meth kit I plan to install as well. Just need to figure out the best place to mount and spray. I'll keep everyone posted.

I'm not totally sure about pushing 350 HP through a stock ZF19HP. Could be OK but I'd do some serious research. At the very least, plan on rebuilding your magatronics unit and get a very custom tune for the trans. 7,500 RPM on a stock converter could also be an adventure, anyone have any spare lead blankets?

There are a few versions of the ZF19 gearbox, The ZF19TU (335I, 335D) is built up but the standard version is not.

Just saying, "Do your homework". could get messy.

If you have the GM gear, you're screwed.

Thanks for the info, yeah I don't have a lot of expectations nor plans for longevity on the motor or trans. To be completely honest, if I blow either it's just an excuse to tell my wife I have to get the s65 done now instead of this winter. So in win-win all around.

Those are rather good numbers for AWD auto.
