And is it damaged? Is that a dent on the piping?

And forgot to ask...is this for e92 or e90?

It is a straight bolt on... It is not damaged... that is the way it comes from the factory. You can confirm this with anyone on the board.

For anyone that's still wary as to whether or not the exhaust is damage, I can confirm that it is not. The bends or "dings" in the midpipe are made in the factory to facilitate clearence. Check out the thread I made for reference:

whats a good price for this exhaust? I found one new for 1050 considering buying used but would think it would be under 750 TOPs

Considering It has less than 300 miles... original factory boxes.. AND shipping cost is included . Price seems fair to me .... That being said.. if interested PM and it can be negotiated.

Is this still available? I'm in Houston, probably close enough to do a local pick up. But my e90 is my only car, so wondering if the exhaust can be loaded into my car for transport without any problems.

Also, what's the exhaust tone difference before and after the install? Can you describe a little bit? I'm not a big fan of noises, especially the fact that I work in downtown, parking in the garages will escalate the exhaust notes, so need to get clearance on the sound level before making the decision.
