Can someone help with my MHD Log?
I'm trying to troubleshoot 30ff. I did this log on the way to work its my first log.
I want to know if i have to adjust my wastegate acutators - i've ruled out just about everything else. this was at 4th gear ... car is bone stock .. i just have the MHD monitoring module https://datazap.me/u/pjr710/4th-gear...15-19-23-24-25 |

You are not logging the most important parameter. Timing Correction
Also use 3rd gear its more realistic. Start at 3000 RPM up to red line pretty much. Last edited by Pladi; 11-07-2018 at 10:22 AM.. |

Here's two more, I can make 30FF happen like clockwork and it's always around my pedal position .. once I go to 99% I can make that 30FF bell ring. What's interesting is that I can see my throttle opens at 81 even at 61% pedal position.
Here's a 3rd gear pull under partial pedal down position .. with no 30ff https://datazap.me/u/pjr710/3rd-gear...-9-15-19-23-25 Here's my 3rd gear pull with full pedal down position. 30FF happened probably right when the boost starts dropping: https://datazap.me/u/pjr710/3rd-gear...-9-15-23-24-25 |

you have a boost leak, its probably one of those diverter valve sensors. If you have not done any installs recently and messed up some pluming..

So i believe the leak is coming from my wastegate/s not closing all the way. |

Here's a couple pulls from this morning
https://datazap.me/u/pjr710/no-30ff-...data=5-6-15-23 No 30ff .. but I think i'm just getting lucky. If I had to guess i'd say i'm building boost slowly, and then there isn't enough variance to actually throw 30ff. I notice if I floor it in higher RPMs I have less of a chance of 30FF .. but I think that's b/c the turbos spool faster. |

It's super weird. Where would the diverter valves leak from?, as I mentioned I did a boosted leak test and didn't hear anything |
