jb4, catless DP, cat sim, emissions issue

I have a catless DP so I installed the catsim thinking everything would work. Even on map 0 with the catsim installed none of my 02 modules would ever become ready. So I decided to remove the jb4 and now all my modules but one pass I just have a CEL light and a P013E error. I'm thinking of trying to reinstall the jb4 again but worried none of the modules will become ready. Not sure what to do in order to pass my emissions modules but clear the CEL light.
