Not an expert but here's my interpretation...
View 2 is ignition correction. It's also known as CPS offsetting. The higher (more negative) the value, it means that timing retard is induced to prevent knock. The closer to 0, the better. Your curve looks pretty good I would say. Also log CAN DME ignition advance which shows the actual advance. View 3 is supposed to be knock activity. Apparently, in reality, it means nothing because it's very unreliable. Don't worry about it. View 4 is fuel correction. It's related to how much the Procede changes or corrects how much fuel is added. You should also log boost, CAN DME Ign Adv, and throttle so we can see how the car responds to your throttle input. Also, it's important to see the relationship between IC, actual ignition advance, boost and throttle. This might help also: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5513878 Last edited by NiVeDh; 09-19-2010 at 09:02 PM.. |

Only mod is Procede V4 running 93 octane. More logs Does not look like I'm getting much ignition correction (retard) I assume this is a good thing? That link was very helpful for ignition I wonder if there is another explaining fuel correction? |
