Cheap Cheap Camber Plates and toe rods
I recently purchased some cheap Ebay Camber plates, they look just like the UUC SPC and Eibach style camber plates. I don't see a lot of info on these plates so I just wanted to inform a lil bit about them. They have no branding on them same with my toe rods. I am on Stock arms etc. The plates have urethane in them for dampening, and I honestly don't hear any noise or clanking from them. I mean for $150 plates, they are incredibly well made. I will keep updated as the mileage increases though. THey do look like quality pieces.
Just installed them a few months ago and finally got around to getting the alignment on my car on a hunter machine. The car is lowered on coilovers more than two inches all around camber plates maxed out. Camber for the rear was adjusted with the control arm bolt. Alignment specs: FRONT Totals Toe: 0 Camber: -2.7 each Caster: 7.2 Rear Toe: 1/16th each Camber: -2.2 |

Are those those ones from Poland?
The one thing I would consider doing is finding a quality bearing and replacing it before install. Should be super easy to get a premium bearing sized up from a bearing supplier. -2.7... hmmm that sounds tempting. And the ones from Poland look like they have caster adjustment... 7.5-7.8 would be pretty tasty! |
