Help with setting correct front toe

Hi

I've had my car aligned about 7 months ago and all was good but now I've noticed the outside edge of the tyre is wearing quite bad
I know how to use the fishing line and tape measure so I measured the front and rear edges of the offending wheel today putting the line 100mm from rear wheel cap and 114mm to the front to compensate for the difference in track widths(28mm)
I got a 67mm and 69mm from front edge of wheel to the rear edge of the wheel = 2mm
Passenger side was 0mm (can't remember the measurements now)

So what I want to know is how can I set the correct amount of toe recommended for my car using this method?

Thanks
