Turning Flash to Pass Lights into Halogen Brights.

So, heres an interesting question for you guys. I know my friend has done it on his e46 M3, so im currently trying to figure out how to do this on the e90, if anyone has any wiring diagrams that would be very helpful.

My car has the Factory BiXenons, so when I hit the trigger and the brights come on, the Xenon flap opens, and the headlights raise up a bit, what im now asking is if its possible on our cars to make it so that the Halogen Centers will come on as well, so I could upgrade those bulbs and run Halogen brights along side the factory Xenon brights.

Im thinking theres got to be some kind of relay to make them both powered at the same time, Ian managed to do it... but im really not sure exactly how to go about this on the e90... any suggestions
