M57 330d Air filter reset required on INPA after changing air filter?

Hi All,

Hope you are well and getting over the bad news that newtis.com has been shut down unfortunately...That was a life saver...

As above, I changed my air filter and was wondering if a reset is needed in INPA like when changing the battery and a IBS reset is needed..

My model is a 2008 October build and I dont have the air filter reminder in my service menu...

I just happened to change the filter as I was changing the glow plugs and module and had to remove a lot of stuff so it was convenient for me to do the filter also.

Thanks.

Thanks for confirming...the only reason I was asking is because in Mercedes models of the E90 era, their STAR diagnostic system has to be used to reset the air filter parameter on the ECU...

Thanks.
