Edit: Had to clean install windows on my PC, was giving suspicious behavior and had several unknown processes come up, as well as unknown programs added to start up items. I do not recommend downloading this file. Comes up as Trojan:Win32/Ymacco.AA5E.

Did you find a good working version of FSTools 2.18 in the end?
