Hydro2 is a great product. I use it a lot for those customers that don't want their wheels coated!

Seems easy to apply. How is gloss in real life? Would you add this on top of a glossy wax as a sealant or standalone? Any risk with rubber seals or clear plastics?

Yes, a well protected wheel will have less build up than a non-protected wheel, though your wheels will still accumulate brake dust regardless.
