I'm wanting a fix for the n55 also. I run cobb and a berk 4 catless DP. I don't get codes at all from it. The dealership didn't even see a code from it. BUT, I can't pass inspection.. I get two sensors readying not ready.

I just want to pass inspection without changing out my dp.. If I do have to change out my DP do I need new gaskets each time?

The Cobb Stg 2 maps do "ignore" the codes associated with a catless downpipe, I've been trying to find out how many monitors show not ready with the cobb. Guess we have the answer now. You'd have to turn that feature off in ATR or switch to a stg 1 map to allow the monitors to go to a ready state, but then it'll throw the CEL which obviously will cause you to fail anyway. I think some people have had luck with a 90deg o2 mini cat spacer on the rear sensor, clear all of the codes and drive like a grandma.
