Investment opportunity forces the sale of my favorite car to date. I purchased this car last year from a Real Estate agent (female), the car was always maintained by BMW and had all the major big ticket items completed, which is why I purchased the car with such high mileage, I did a compression check on the car prior to purchase and it had perfect compression. If you are a serious buyer with cash then get in touch with me, registration and smog will be renewed this week, so new owner won't have to worry about SMOG for another two years.

Car has had all the gaskets done and needs nothing. I am 37 years old and I don't beat my cars, but I can confidently go WOT though every gear flawlessly if needed. Im sure I am missing some items below, but this car is turnkey and reliable. Will come with stock parts including 162 wheels with newish Michelin tires. Car currently has 150,000 miles.

Car looks clean, went to your IG as well. You may want to include some maintenance proof since it’s sitting at 150k miles and you’re getting rid of it within a short time after buying. I’m very interested, but I’m more interested in the maintenance records. Feel free to PM me, thanks. Have to buy something in the next 2 weeks and I definitely want a 335i, preferably with the N54 engine

I've listed all the items, no need to hide anything. You can eat off any part of this car. Has solid compression in all holes, no leaks, rattles or noises and rips through each gear with ease. It was fun to build but like I said, trying to invest in a rental property so need as much cash as possible right now, car rarely gets driven since it's a 2nd vehicle. Clearly I have way more into it than I'm asking but that's how it goes. Good luck with your search.
