Another suggestion, if there is going to be food, i'd definately say to have some trash bins set up at different locations. Otherwise your school might have a shitfit if they find loose garbage all over the place. I know my HS would've. Im not saying its gonna happen, but it might , if there is a trash bin that is all the way at the other end some people would be inclined to drop it where they stand.

we did a a wedding at my house a few years ago and bought a bunch of trash cans for that. I planned on setting them up around the lot

you guys def are. There's about 16 so far from Audizine, a couple Mercedes. I'm not sure about VW though because alot of people said they'd come before I had started making a list. We'll see how the groups grow once we get closer
