Dave, this is why Im hesistating about the BBQ. If a handful of people volunteer to bring food/drinks, I dont want to have to shake people down for money. The only other thing I can think of is charging like $5 per car or something if people are willing to do so. COUNT ME IN +1. And to be honest, a drinking in public ticket, at least in NY is such a slap on the wrist. Been there, done that. It definitely sucks having to go to court or whatever, but, I think every person who was there the day I went who had the same charge, literally was not in front of the judge for more then about, hmmm, 45 seconds, and EVERYONE got off with a basic warning. it was actually pretty funny, i started laughing when i went up. I woudnt recommend that though!! Anyway, long story short, ill be there with a 12 pack of Heinken. hahahaha..
