Middle Eat Meet!
Hey everyone, me and BMW 320i thought it would be a great idea to do a meet. We thought the best place to do it is UAE.. Its the best place we can think of, and we all know its quiet fun! So we would just like to generate some ideas, and inshalla this can work out. Thanks For ur time!

great idea kapoo!
i understand it's hard for people to go 500+ km for a meet, but if it's well organised, im willing to go 500+ km we need everyone's suggestions, UAE would be the best cuz most members r from there and its kinda in the middle, and as kapoo said, it's fun!! yallah shabab: ziad, untouchable, wamy, bahraini 330i, phantom, shangoob and the others, what are ur suggestion????

keep in mind guys, meets require a lot of organizing and takes time, so don't just think that this month is a busy month or so, it may take us months!
we want to know how's the idea in every member's mind???

my idea: better come with the cars, much better
but if it's a problem to some of u, because of distance, we can exclude a car or 2, cuz in the end we r all BMW fans glad to know some1 else agrees, waiting for the others

Im thinking the meet would be great around like summer time 07. That might seen like a long time from know, but its better to plan up ahead.. Lets get some certain area.. Like wild wahdi park, place with large enough parking lot.. Anybody that has a place in mind let us know.

well, where r the UAE guys when u need them??
i have never been to wild wadi, but it seems like a nice place with a big parking space so we can make sure we have our own "E90post" terretory and yes i believe the reason we started this thread so early is that a meet need to be organized well, specially if people are driving long distances to get there one idea in mind, it should be a whole day program, like a small breakfast meet, then a drive to somewhere with us behind each other, then lunch at some place, drive to another nice spot,,,etc... also in my mind, drive to jumaira (cuz its kinda far from central dubai and the drive would be enjoyable) and Merkato mall on the way back hehe we r speaking like the meet is gonna be next week common guys we need ideas, opinions, suggestions...

didnt understand your idea bro...
you mean u want us to ask our dealers if we can go to a BMW driver training in Dubai through them??? it's like going through a track with ur own bimmer?? whatever the idea is, it seems interesting, but we still need to have our ME E90post meet or you mean we can do the 2 events at the same time, we go for the training and at the same time meet each other??

middle-east guys, if this event happens, (Middle-East E90post meet), it would be the most difficult meet ever happened in this forum, no matter how small it is and that's for some reasons like:
1. we are not that many, but enough to do our own meet (6 members isnt bad) 2. we r far from each other, and this shows our dedication to this forum and BMW in general, and our enthusiastism (sp?) for cars 3. Im not sure about the age, but i believe most of us are young, but we r up for it! so let's see if we can beat those other meets with our own "mini" meet! for me, whatever were the outcomes of the meet, i would be super happy, cuz we defeted all the boundaries and difficulties

Any girls coming to this meet... with their mahram? j/k
Nahnu u3zzab mahtajeen nitzawij Anyway shabab good luck, seems pretty ambitious to organize. Maybe in the future if I ever go back to the UAE I'll be up for one... dunno if I can afford a BMW with the prices there being slightly higher though!

hi guys ,
seems like a nice thing to do . i,ve never been to uae (only airport) so it would be nice to go there . the meet is hard but we can manage to do it . i think that it's nice to inform BMW dubai as they might be able to help or even orginize such a meet in a bigger and wider term than just e90's and might even do the whole thing from a-z and it's never a bad idea to try as we are not loosing anything . im up to it if it's not during my study days as im a student in the uni. oh and jumaira is niiiiiice |

I might be one of them members that wont come with his car. =( I know its not cool, but i dont wanna drive that far with it. I dunno i might change my mind later on. By the way i think it would be much better if we use any malls parking lots. I just remmbered last time i went to wahdi park, they had underground parking lol.
