Eibach Pro Kit rear sitting low

Just installed the Eibach Pro Kit on my E90 on the stock Bilstein B4. I took it for a 30 min test drive and the rears are now under my fender sitting very low I can't even fit one finger under it I am surprised it didn't scrape during the drive. I read that the spring pads are the culprit? I am not too sure, I didn't replace any mounting hardware because they were only around 100k km old.

Should I try changing out the top and bottom pads as well as E36 bumpstops? I just trimmed the stock ones

Any help is appreciated, it does not look good in the rear too low.
