Angry Dealershippp !!!!!!!

I went for servicing at my local BMW dealership and had an extensive amount of engine work done from them. They gave me great service and were very supportive through out the whole process by providing me with updates. However, when i went to inspect the engine bay after I got home, i found that the engine bay was quite dirty. It had oil patches all over major engine components and engine bay was pretty much covered in grease and oil patches. Now im not sure what and if there is any protocol surrounding this issue but I think they should at least give it a wipe down on the engine and remove any grease or oil stains. Does any such protocol exist and if so what should I do or say to go about fixing the situation or should I just try cleaning i on my own? If so what should I use to clean the engine bay.

Call your SA, complain about it, and have them clean it.
