Best Valved Exhaust 2011 335i M Sport

I already have a cat delete but Iím looking to do a new exhaust. What is the best valved exhaust for this so I can keep it quiet in my neighborhood?

BTW, M performance exhaust would be the number 1, and PE mod the second option for me.
The only differences are the material and weight, but they sound almost identical.

Only the side with the exhaust valve is cut open, not both sides. Generally you will also install an exhaust valve controller to be able to open and clause the valve to make it quieter or louder. You can have it as loud as the regular PE mod or revert it back to the quietness of the stock exhaust.

Ah, I see.
Personally, I've done PE mod myself but it's not too loud unless you go WOT.
Very minimal drone at the highway as well.

But if you can control when it open or close, maybe that would be better.

I am looking into the half PE mod with the controller myself. Cold start is already loud as is. I am not sure the people at my apartment complex will like me too much if I do the full PE mod.

Has anyone done this mod but without the packing from the muffler. Basically just replace the drivers side with a straight pipe? I’m trying to figure out if I should drop the $$$ on a valvetronic system or if I can get a shop to custom fab the same thing for less.

Check this out: https://valvetronic.com/collections/...muffler-bypass

Direct bolt on fitment and valved so you can control when you want to be loud or quiet. Hooks up to your stock vacuum line that is already in place for your current exhaust.

IMO, this is the best budget valved cat-back option on the market. Only other cheap option would be the PE exhaust mod with a controller in place, but with the time saved and money saved if you don't know how to weld, it seems like a good option.
