Question RFT to Non-RFT: TPMS Malfunction! Help!

I've got a '08 335xi and just got rid of the Bridgestone RFT and switched all 4 tires to Hankook V12's. The car is equipped with the original TPMS sensors. I drove the car all weekend and everything was fine. Checked the tire pressure in all 4 tires and everything checks out.

When I drove into the driveway this evening, I got a quick "TPMS Inactive" yellow warning. When I parked, I check the control message on the iDrive and nothing was showing. Check the Tire pressure on the iDrive and everything was GREEN! So while parked I decided to reset the TPMS then took a quick drive around the block to reset the TPMS.

Now the TPMS sensors won't reset at all. I'm getting a yellow "TPMS Malfunction" message now. I've tried to reset it numerous times and failed at all attempts. The "TPMS Malfunction" message keeps popping up. Should I try having my shop pull the codes? Or are one of my sensors on its way out, or possible a faulty receiver???

When is the last time the sensors were replaced? If they are the originals it is likely that they need to be replaced.
