Racing Dynamics Downpipes with no welds? Are these worth?

https://www.racdyn-usa.com/PROD/130+...SABEgJ6ufD_BwE

I just saw them and they claim to be bent by a machine, any advantage/ disadvantage for this?
They look promising, what do you guys think?

I think it makes near as no difference in terms of performance.

maybe one in terms of longevity, as welds are often a place for failure in manifolds.

the price seems reasonable, but I'm not hip to turbo things.

mandrel bent dps might not fit as well as dps that are welded. The place where the dps go are very tight and has very little clearance which is why a dp that is pieced together and welded might fit better than a mandrel bent one. Also for the price you can get some VRSF or ARM dps which are proven to fit

Fitment may be an issue. Wait for someone else to try it first. The ones from 1320 for instance have fitment issues and they are mandrel bent as well.

Ok, i guess i might just have to go with arm downpipes, any noise difference between welded or not? I want the car to sounds deep not raspy.

Racing Dynamics isn't some fly-by-night Chinese parts maker. I'd bet the quality and fitment are pretty much spot-on.
