e90 juddering
Hi all hoping someone can help, i have a 3 series e90 n46 320i 2006, just recently as im driving the car will start jerking or juddering or stuttering when i accelerate, like as if fuel not getting in properly, it dont happen every drive but is getting more frequent, today i removed and cleaned vanos solinoids and also the injectors whilst it drives a bit smoother its still happening, there are no fault codes showing, when it happens i get the orange triangle with circled arrow flashing on and off but this is not everytime either, last week i changed the spark plugs too just incase, any advice would be appreciated thanks.

If you get the "orange triangle with circled arrow" that is flashing, that means you are accelerating too hard and traction control is activating lol
