I bought it from BMW dealership in 2012 with 11k miles as first owner because it was used by a BMW executive as company car.

Disclosures:
One ~6" light scratch on the passenger door and usual rock chips on the front of the hood.
One half inch indentation on rear headliner (something poked into it at some point)
Comfort Access LOCK (touch door handle to lock) sometimes doesn't work, Comfort Access unlock always works, using key fob always works
No accident, no racing, no any other issues what so ever.
Smog done (Passed) 03/25/2017
Registration just paid through 5/2018
All service records kept in a file binder
All wear and tear items (tires, brake pads, brake fluids, etc.) in good condition with no near term need for replacement or servicing
