how well would X3/X5 wheels fit on an e92?

So I got an e92 last weekend and I'm looking for some winter tires, while flipping through Kijiji I found a set of X5 tires someone is selling and was hoping they'd fit.

They're 235/55/17 on 17/7.5 rims, offset isn't listed.

I'm mainly worried they'll be too tall from what I can tell they shouldn't be too wide.

If anything, they'll look small and silly. 235/35/17 is about 1.5" smaller in diameter than the 225/40/18 that comes stock on the 335i. That means the car will sit .75" lower to the ground, while having a .75" larger gap around the fender.

Pretty sure you read his tire size wrong.
