Thats a great question but unfortunately I don't have an answer for you yet. I can tell you that its smoother, with what I think/feel is a better power curve, funner to drive and makes the car feel better, but I haven't integrated with the meth and not pushing the envelope in terms of boost right now so it will be interesting to compare once its all setup. I will definitely bring it to the same dyno and compare with a similar PSI to last time.

Why? If its a money reason then go for the JB else the Procede has had the G4 features for sometime now. Historically many new features will come out on the Procede first. In my opinion, it seems the Procede has always been a little bit ahead of the jb3 technology wise.

Also I must mention that I use Giac flash stage 2 and you should look at them as well.

BMS got the JB4 methanol input working! Up next progressive meth mapping! On the chart it is calibrated to 0-2000ml/min from top to bottom. It uses the .1v per 100ml/min of the CMGS/VC2 but there will be an adjuster so you can use any flow sensor system you want.

Turn the boost up, run race gas, then post again. This bog, is not only due to shitty boost control, its due to timing spikes that mt cars see, something you can't control with the jb4.

So with the JB4 theres no CAN for my 07 will have to use my BT tool also will i be able to use my Bms gauge even tho its already upgraded.

As far as I know, the JB4 will do everything the CAN tool can do (and more of course).
I would skip the CAN tool.

Correct! JB4 needs no CAN tool. Although being able to read/delete codes with tune out is still handy. And at $50 you can probably resell for profit. Your call.
