But, i've tried downloading the sp-Daten Files Torrent under V3 LITE files. I can not get it to go past 42% finished on utrnt.

It gets to 42% pretty quickly, but then just basically stops. Is there an error? Am i doing something wrong here? Does it just not have enough seeders hosting to dwnld it?

If i COULD get it to finsish downloading i will deff seed it for a bit on my desktop that stays on all the time. LMK!

Once again, thanks for the work and time put into this, i know it takes time to source, download, install, and then set up these program's to run properly. So i appreciate posting this fort everyone on the forum. Has helped me alot, and im sure a lot of others.

I used VirtualBox and it ran great on my HP laptop (Wins7 Ultimate). Would love to set up the V3 lite on my Dell Netbook (10" Laptop - Wins7 Strtr)..

Everything will run native on Win XP-Win 10. There's no need to use a VM unless it's a Mac. I'm running BMW Standard Tools 2.12, ISTA, and Esys on a old Dell Win 7 I picked up just for coding.

Hey guys, I was asked to flash the stock dme on a 135i E82 yesterday and when I looked the E82 chassis was not listed on NCS Expert. Is it like the E89 for e9x cars? or do i need to acquire the E82 SP Datten? Thanks in advance!

I downloaded the v3 lite version to do a battery change and it went well. However, how do I change the language to English ? The main screen shows up in english because I set the language in INPA.ini

LANGUAGE = ENGLISCH

however, when I go into the E90 Sub menus, they are all in german. Is there another config file I should change ?

Tested with Vmware fusion and it worked without any problems.

All, Im having a hell of a time getting NCSExpert to actually modify values. Ive succesfully done a half dozen alpina flashes using WINKFP, so I know my cable is fine, but I have not once had a successful mod with NCSExpert.

Ive tried to modify CAS a few times and yesterday I tried to modify the NFRM.

I figured I'd follow all the instructions and only try to modify the 2 following values.

FL_UND_NSW_NICHT_GLEICHZ
aktiv

LH_UND_NSW_NICHT_GLEICHZ
aktiv

I changed them to:

FL_UND_NSW_NICHT_GLEICHZ
nicht_aktiv

LH_UND_NSW_NICHT_GLEICHZ
nicht_aktiv

sing NCSDummy, exported to .MAN and executed SG_CODIEREN per "Guide to BMW Coding (2011.04.23).pdf" located on the Desktop folder "Help Guides".

Long story short, after the job completed I decided to read the module again to see if the values were modified and you guessed it, they weren't modified.

I have attached the .TRC before flash, the modified .MAN and the after .TRC files for reference...

Im not sure what im doing wrong here but its incredibly frustrating, any help would be greatly appreciated.

attempting to boot up with vmware, and I get the message:

A supported host USB driver was not found. If you have installed USB traffic monitoring software on the host system, please remove it.

Virtual USB controller has been disconnected.

any thoughts? ive spent a couple hours trying to figure this out to no avail.

Sorry about that. It's a Windows 10 laptop. Intel Celeron Processor as a couple years old. 8 gigs of RAM.

Did you work this out or get an answer?

I too would love to use INPA in English rather than German
