price wise, definitely
performance wise, injen dyno-ed results >> bmw perf claimed gain
(Granted, it is not a independent dyno, and bmw perf intake hasn't been independently dynoed either)
sound wise... I think Injen sounds better.

Possible headache at the dealership wise? it just depends on ur SA...
I couldn't put it better

I bet this thing is great at 155mph on cold winter day, however.....

Can someone please share their experience with low-end power (city driving) on a hot summer day? Does it bog compared to the stock airbox?

Ya I just ordered this, and duno about low revs. Since (I think) the box = torque, and this intake doesn't have one

just look at the dyno graph for low end torque

at the low end it makes like what at least 25lbft less tourque than stock!

since I don't do most of my driving at high RPM's there's no way i'd sacrifice 25 down low to gain 10 up top

The low end torque on the dyno is not correct because when you dyno a car, you do not floor it to optimize low rev power. Everyone does dynos for maximum power. From everyone that has had this installed, they feel a difference throughout the entire RPM gauge and I'm sure everyone that has it can post on here that they absolutely feel the power difference!!

At low RPM the intake does not loose power, I can feel a very minute improvement, the car can breathe better, and the higher the RPM's and speed, the better it gets, if the thought of loosing low RPM power is the only thing stopping you, then you have nothing to worry about. The car feels better throught the RPM range.

I still want to see an independent dyno, everything is just words until then. If you guys say there is no drop, someone prove it then, why keep having that same dyno up with a dip? Butt dynos have no value for intakes to me, feel = perception, dyno = actual results

Not trying to be a dick, but just being skeptical, thats an important range in daily driving.

Completely understand man. I would want the same if i was about to purchase something that said gained 200+ and for no one else to have a dyno
