These are new, just opened to take a look but decided to keep my car stock height for the baby. Per Turner Motorsports says they will fit,

2006 - 2010 BMW 325xi Sport Wagon E91
2007 - 2011 BMW 328xi Coupe E92
2007 - 2011 BMW 335xi Coupe E92

However it "should" fit the e90 sedans as well, please call H&R to confirm this.
