Here's where I need some help. Unfortunately there aren't many good shops that I know of who can help me faciliate doing this (installation, painting, ordering, etc.). I am not very good with cars, but I know I can save myself some dough if I fit the parts myself, and farm the painting out to someone else. My question is, does anyone know of a good shop near Columbus, Ohio who won't completely destroy me on labor to install or paint the parts? Does anyone else here have experience doing anything like this and would be willing to chat with me about the best way to go about it? Or even better, wants to take a couple weekends with me to install it? I would pay you, of course! I feel pretty comfortable about the total cost, but I just want to make sure I am not biting off more than I can chew.

Drop me a PM if you think you can help me in any way!
Most shops wont even touch what you want to do in this city. I think you also need to do the fenders and headlights correct? Plus when you go and sell the car all your money is lost and then some. In the long run, it's better to get a real LCI.

True Performance is where I got my body work done on my G35. We did custom paint and a wide body kit. Really good bodyshop.

Thanks. The dealer wants $400 for a new wheel. Pretty expensive but if I can't find a replacement in a day or two, I have no choice but to buy one from the dealer.

Just purchased a used Montego/Dakota leather E92 6MT last month with 25k miles for 27K. Had to drive to Marietta, Ga. to pick up the car- but we made a little vacation out of the trip- so it was good.

I live in the Dayton area (Bellbrook exactly for those familiar with Dayton). I am going to be doing the JB3 PNP this Summer- and am looking to do the H&R Sport springs and **********s M6 reps perhaps next year. It sounds like from doing some extensive reading that I can expect that the car will need a good alignment after all these suspension mods- does anyone know of a reputable shop to do this kind of work (install springs and perform alignment) on these cars? I'll go to Cinci if I have to- just trying to get some ideas of my options- as I want this done correctly.

Loving the car so far- I just sold my 91 300ZX TT that was making about 350-360 WHP- so the 335 isn't quite up to that....yet. The power on the 335 is so deceiving, though, becasue of all the low end torque.

Looking forward to meeting some of you guys- I'd appreciate any suggestions regarding shops for the suspension work!

David
A little help here guys- there must be a reputable shop in the Dayton/Cincinnati area that does good wheel/suspension work on BMW's?
