standalone e92 electrical steering
I have thrown out all of the electrics in my car, rebuilt it for track and are running a aftermarket ECU.
I wonder, is there a way to still use the electrical steering, i dont have the cas system and can signals left in the car anymore, so would it be possible to emulate these signals somehow, or just let the steering be at full power? |

what year car do you have ? E90's don't have electrical steering
which is one of the things most of us like about them. Electrical Steering did not come along till the F30 series in 2013 I believe. (Well at least in the US) |

If the OP's car has the Active Steering option, it has an actuating motor on the steering column to drive the planetary gears that change ratios.
