Keep us posted I will try and make some events and I sure lance would like to go as well!

Do you have anything in particular in mind?

The CCA is having a Meet and Greet at BMW of Tri-Cities on the 10th and will be at the SCCA AutoX on the 17th. Here's the link:

http://rattlesnakebmw.org/BMWblog/

In other promising news, I took my M3 to the dealership to have some electronic gremlins dealt with. They did a great job, got it done early, and it looks like they solved the problem. Furthermore, they gave me an '11 535xi as a loaner (nice car, but it's a boat compared to the M3). Delvin did great, so they're 2 for 2 in my book.

No, nothing in particular in mind Ken. I dont get a chance to meet up with too many car nuts anymore.

I will look into the meet and greet on the 10th. I dont belong to any BMW club right now, I am not sure if that is required to attend this meeting or not.

Well, form your experience it looks like things are on the right track for the service dept at the BMW dealer here. I have a damn squeaky parking brake again that I would like to get addressed, this is the second time I have had this problem. I would also like to know which DME version I am running.

Thanks for the feedback on them.

Membership for the meets isn't required. It's only when there is a club-sponsored drive that membership is required, mainly for insurance reason. So, feel free to stop by next Saturday. I'm not saying it's going to be a rockin' good time, but I think it will be worth the time to check out the new place and meet some new BMW enthusiasts.

We're going to stop by, but haven't decide whether we're going to participate.

It was alright. We had about a dozen people show up, including some new faces. Matt gave us a great tour of the service department and was very open with questions about how they are operating and future plans. Some of us stayed longer to BS about cars and check out the new 135i convertible they got in.

Sounds like fun. I was there monday getting vanos fixed. They still have that white m3. Maybe I should test drive to see if I like the seats. I am still kicking my self for not staying with the sport package.

I was also there on Monday. I had them update the software on my M3 because I had a couple of fault warnings. A few days later, my car was reading 1/2 qt high so they fixed the issue. I do have to say that Delvin is great because he got me in right away.

I also looked at that M3. It would make for a great track car since it doesn't have much in the way of amenities. I also looked at the Z4 and now I'm kicking myself for not taking the great lease deal that expired earlier this month.

lol manicure and pedicure? My girl lives in moses lake i go there all the time... i try not to go there in my car (my BMW obviously) cause of all the farmland and bugs get splatter and guts all over and i get annoyed trying to keep my car looking fresh so often... not to mention the pesticides eat away usually take the jeep for going over the pass as well... i don't put winter tires on my car (keep it garaged all winter) so going there in the snow is out of the question... so... yeah... (venting)
