Erratic wheel speed sensor signal

Hello,
I have been getting the following error:
5D91 (wheel speed sensor plausability, front left)

When i looked at the readings from the sensors the front left one is showing quite erratic behaviour going from 0 to 200 mph and all in between.
Here is a video of the behaviour:

I suspected the sensor first but keep thinking that it can be the bearing too.
The ABS magnetic ring is integrated into the wheel bearing. Can it still fail? I know the external ones tends to rust and wear away at the sensors.

Im not able to switch the front left and right sensor to rule it out, since the car is not available to me at the moment (winter storage is far away due to university)
