I just got back from being out of town and it's too late to call my CA today. On Tuesday I was "awaiting transport" and I just checked and this evening my car is "in transit". I think that means that my car is on the Undine, due to arrive in NYC on 9-28.

Using the site from the ultimate tracking order... look at the post above yours by tomswift. Actually it seems that gives an error cos it needs to register your site session first. Try this url: http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do

If that fails, go to the main page and under Customer Centre, go to Cargo Tracking, then Auto Cargo. Then enter your VIN for "Cargo ID." On the resulting page you'll see a bunch of info... one is "Voyage" and you can click on that voyage # and it will give you a detailed breakdown.

For ex. currently it shows up as Voyage : EB637-PAT ... then the schedule is as follows:

Voyage Details

Vessel: PATRIOT
Voyage: EB637-PAT

The sailing schedule and ports of call are subject to change without notice.
Note: : Red ports of call means the vessel has already sailed.

Port Country Arrival Departure

BREMERHAVEN GERMANY 09/09/2006 11/09/2006
ANTWERP BELGIUM 13/09/2006 13/09/2006
ZEEBRUGGE BELGIUM 13/09/2006 14/09/2006

SOUTHAMPTON UNITED KINGDOM 15/09/2006 15/09/2006
NEW YORK, NY U.S.A. 24/09/2006 25/09/2006
BALTIMORE, MD U.S.A. 27/09/2006 28/09/2006
CHARLESTON,SC U.S.A. 30/09/2006 01/10/2006
BRUNSWICK, GA U.S.A. 02/10/2006 02/10/2006

Just play around with it and move your mouse around to see if you can click on anything

I can't believe our cars will hit US soil in about 9 days! I am so excited--my fiance and friends think I have lost it, but I guess they just don't get it......

I hesitate to tell you... not because I don't want to share but because it will show what an obsessed tool I am. Ninjaneer is right. That is one way. I also tracked the ship through Zeebrugge using the port's webpage. Here is another link that will show when the ship is at the dock in Southhampton and when it leaves the dock. http://www.southamptonvts.co.uk/com/smovements.htm
That will provide some info before the WW website because WW only updates once the ship leaves a port. You can also see when the ship is entering and leaving the port via Southhampton Port's radar page. http://www.southamptonvts.co.uk/radcap.asp But that has been down this morning. Sometime tomorrow the ship should start reporting mid-Atlantic positions on http://www.sailwx.info/.

HeadlessChicken, you've got way too much time on your hands. I'm just happy to know my vehicle is finally on the boat and will be arriving here in NY on 9/24.

But that's for the continued updates though. It saves me the trouble of having to do the research

I really hope the car gets here soon before I get fired for not doing any work and can no longer afford it. FYI, the Patriot is at the dock in Southampton. You can see it off in the distance (toward the left of the picture).

But the wait is over. You know it's on the boat, you know when it will arrive at your port, so just sit back, relax and wait till it arrives at your local VPC.

I got on a NYK ship that left a day earlier than a WW ship...downside is NYK's web site doesn't give you as much good info as WW does.

Can you please track Pegasus Leader for me?

My CA just updated me, without having to ask, and it shows Pegasus Leader actually departed on 9/13...estimated voyage duration is 26 days and arrival is estimated at 10/11.

I just tracked the Patriot through Zeebrugge so this was easy to find. Your scheduled to arrive there on the 16th and leave on the 17th.

Headless,

Any idea what the Patriot's callsign is so we can track it via sailwx.com? Or do you know of another method to get it's accurate position?

What could be clearer than this picture? The Patriot is on the far right. This is from www.aislive.com You can register for free for two weeks to get this. But it will stop tracking the Patriot sometime on Saturday when the Patriot leaves its range. AIS can then track again when the Patriot gets close to the US. Use sailwx to track the Patriot as it crosses the ocean. I will let you know when I find a webcam in the middle of the Atlantic. Don't worry, I have a theory on that too (Bridge cam from a cruise ship going the oposite direction).

Headless--you are making this much easier on me--all I have to do is check this thread and I know the most recent info is going to be here. Personally, I really appreciate it, mainly because I am as crazy about this car as you seem to be but am not near as efficient in my tracking.

I saw that the Elektra was about halfway across the ocean as of this morning, which is right where it should be. Hopefully we will be right on time too!
