That looks like a wiring issue. The screen is obviously fine as the problem doesn't exist on the Android side. It seems like the blue signal from the original CCC system is missing resulting in everything having a red/orange hue. I would double check all your connections to make sure they are secure and if that fails, check for any visible wiring damage (e.g. a wire pinched in the removal/refitting process).

That’s exactly what I was thinking too but I couldn’t see anything obvious. But I think I will check again then to make sure. Thanks!
