Misfires during cold idle, injectors?

My 2011 N55 has over 100k miles now, and it runs great aside from being finicky while cold. But this isn't *cold* cold, it's just not warmed up, ambient temperatures well into the 70 degree range on my morning drives. It acts a little stumbly and I can feel it transmitting misfire vibrations. Usually I don't spend much time at idle on my drive, so it's not a big deal.

This morning I opened the throttle to get up to 900 rpm while sitting at a light, but I could still feel something off, and after a few moments the "engine malfunction, reduced power" warning popped up along with the MIL.

I popped in my OBD2 tool and scanned the engine with Bimmerlink - a code for throttle angle vs. manifold pressure, pressure too high, maybe that's a vac leak; and codes for multiple cylinder and cylinder 2 misfires detected and injection shutdown.

Cleared them, restarted, all fine for the rest of the drive.

Searching around this seems a little common. But I also see people replacing the plugs, coils, injectors to no avail.
I did plugs and coils a year ago at 98k.
Should I be looking at replacing my injectors? Any other thoughts or relevant experiences out there?

Misfires on these engines can cause all types of issues. Sometimes a single cylinder misfire will cause “runaway” misfires in other cylinders also. If you’re getting misfires codes for cylinder 2, try swapping the coil to another cylinder and see if the misfire follows. While the coil is out, maybe also check that spark plug for correct torque, gap, etc. I had a loos #2 spark plug and it cause misfires on 4 cylinders. If the misfire does follow the coil then you likely just have a bad coil again.

Update - my charge pipe popped off the throttle body yesterday, it was cracked at the flange. So it's my hope that what I had been experiencing was caused at least in part by the apparent vacuum leak developing.
