2011 BMW 328xi FBO 9900 $ ***sold****

Its to sell my car, I purchased a newer car and I really dont have the need for a third car right now. I m pricing this base on the market value right now and based on what I was offered by the dealer, if you do not like the price then please move on

Car
2011 , 328XI , 170 000kms white , sedan , black interior ( leatherete)
premium package ( no navigation)
heated seats, power seats and heated steering wheel
automatic ( no paddle shifter)
price 9800$

Mods exterior
Front splitter
Rear mtech bumper
M3 spoiler
ARC 8 , 18 inch wheels , tires ( still have a season left in them , maybe more im not sure)
ceramic coated last year with car pro lite , and its always been maintained with some type of protection , see pictures
Wheel spacers installed ( 12 mm front , 15 mm rear)
lux leds ( one burned out but i replaced it with a different led , it currently has a exclamation mark warning for light bulb , but it works , it needs to be coded if it really bothers you)

Suspension
Kw coilovers ( can be height adjusted) , they were winter proof , but I never really drove in the winter, certainly not when the roads were dirty , I had a winter car , I have not even driven the car on rainy days much. These were installed 2 years ago at RMP motors

Performance
3 stage intake ( disa valves were replaced 2 months ago as preventive maintenance)
AA catless headers ( I have installed set of high flow cats right behind the secondary cats, so you will not get that nasty smell from catless headers)
K and N filter
AA tune ( no engine light , and its been tune for headers and 3 stage intake)

Maintenance
Most of my maintenance has been preventive maintenance , I m pretty active on this forums so I like to replaced parts that are known to fail
Serpentive belt ( at around 110 000 km)
water pump ( at around 155 000 km)
brakes ( 115 000 km)
Disa valves ( 160 000kms)
battery ( 150 000 kms)
control arms ( 120 000kms)
all fluids ( differential , coolant , brakes fluid, transmission ) have been replaced roughly at 100 000 km
spark plugs and coils ( 130 000 kms)
I have not replaced any valve cover gaskets , I always asked my mechanic at every oil change if there was any leaks in the car and they always tell me that there is not leaks, there is not leaks on my garage and I m not loosing any oil

The car drives very nice, it pulls nicely , and it drives straigh , no vibrations.
I purchased the car when it had 12 000 kms in 2013 , so I m the second owner

Im going to include the original set of rims with winter tires, plus all the original parts of the car ( springs, intake , shocks , headers )

The bad
1- the left low beam bulb works but it has an exclamation mark , it needs to be coded if you want the exclamation mark to go away, but it works just fine
2 - It has a small crack on the middle top of the windshield, about 3 fingers, you can not see it from the inside as it is right behind the rear view mirror, its been the same size for the past 6 years, and its not going to prevent you from passing safety, you will not even see it but i m picky like that so i have to tell you
3- 3 accidents, before you try to low ball me , I can pull out the car fax and show you that 2 of them were literally rear bumper replacements ( under 2500 $) which happen to me , the guy that hit me did not want to just replace the bumper and I just went through insurance , the first accident was also in the rear and I can not remember how much it was, but i believe it was also a rear bumper replacement under 3000$. I have to buy the car fax
4- the left rear door does not open from the inside, I dont know why and I really dont have time to fix it, it opens fine from the outside

If you are still reading this , here are the pictures. The car is being sold as it is , it has not major issues but you are buying a 10 year old car, so if you are a familiar with the e90 328 platform you know that there has been a lot of money spent on this car . I always used RMP motors for 90% of the work, and I always tell them to check the car after every oil change, which is always the most expensive oil they have. Columbus also takes care of the car. Both of them always tell me that this car is in mint condition

Please dont waste my time and if you dont like the price please just buy a stock car in todays market and see how much it would cost you to bring it anywhere near where this car is right now.

haha new owner actually found the ad on this forum and he had sold his bmw last year which was the same colour as mine , exact same mods and it even had the same type of rips on the driver seat.

I know it went to good hands and I even told him that if he ever decided to sell it to please let me know first

I miss my e90 , I wish I couldve kept the car but deep inside I know that it would ve been a very bad financial decision. It was in a really good condition but affording maintenance on 2 used cars plus payments on a new one is not smart

Good thing is that I pretty much got asking price for it
