I have a 2007 e92 n47 320d and just wondered if someone could validate my diagnosis before I start buying more bits

ISTA shows glow plug 1 & 2 gone, poor start and lumpy idle etc ISTA says replace glow plugs

Have got to glow plug 1 without pulling the manifold off and the glow plug tests identically to a new one in terms of ohms and showing a good circuit with the tester

However only 2.03 volts coming up the wire, plugged a new plug into he connector with a jump lead attached to ground it and no heating at all

I'm thinking the controller has a fault and what's more it's still showing 2.03v with everything switched off although battery not going flat

New controller or am I missing something

Any thoughts welcome...
