Everything from the west coast appears to be special. Then when others try it, come up with results that arnt even close. People say wrong map, not enough mods blah blah. yea, love it.

Oh it's Terry's car. Well Mike didn't specify if the muffler was actually bolted to the car.

Off topic, just purchased the labonte failsafe. Should be here just in time for auto tuning. Where is the link of how to hook this bad boy up to the harness? Im assuming all you do is plug it inline with the meth and theres a power/ground?

Yes, stock catback, stock muffler attached, stock midpipes with stock midcats and resonators. 100% all stock. Interestingly with a Riss Racing catback fully catless the car made ~455rw at a slightly higher boost level. But like I said, the 135i factory catback gets a bad rep. I've seen some GIAC dynos in the 43xrw range with it as well.

There's a thread I posted about progressive meth mapping maybe a month ago. It showed the wiring mod. I'll find it when I get back to
the office and post the link. If someone doesn't already beat me to it.

I found it, however I am confused as to how its progressive.

Right now I am running a simple basic DO kit. pump to ground, pump to boost switch, boost switch to power. Thats it. I just bought the failsafe which I assume is a ground/power/signal. So throw it in the meth line, ground it, give it power off whatever and send the signal wire to pin 17. If this is the case, how the hell does the procede adjust the pump when the pump is never touching the procede? Thats what Im confused about here.

The procede maps the tune progressively based on meth flow. So that there is no discrete mapswitch point that occurs when meth flows beyond the trigger threshold.

my bad, got my numbers mixed up. I lined up against him so many times but he was always buslengths ahead of me. I wish we got at least one of those on video.

I'm guessing those were 335. Your car is running fast as hell imo. I need to know how you are doing it lol.
Yea, I ran Map 8 DCI/DP on 93/104 mix and had a high trap of 115 on street tires. I could have pushed Map 9 or a custom Map 1 since it was cold enough out my last trip out, but never did. Oh well, always next time
