2 Sets of Tires:
Blizzaks for the winter (currently on the car) and stock summer performance RFT. I will include both sets for free with the sale as well as TIRE INSURANCE ($1.8k value). 3 of the Blizzaks are brand new, one is less than a season old. 3 of the summer tires are brand new, one has 7k miles on it.

I have installed an OEM BMW Tow Hitch on the car to tow a jet ski. The tow hitch was $600+ shipped from UK, plus the diffuser from Park Ave BMW. I can revert the rear to stock, or you can keep the tow hitch in place. I will also throw this in the deal for free, including stock M-Sport Diffuser.

Car is in excellent condition. No front plate installed, I don't park it in shopping centers or between other car, I don't eat in it and I wax it weekly.

I am selling because I put a downpayment on a pre-owned M3 sedan.

You can reach me at 646-388 zero nine four six

Thank you sir!

I can't wait to get in the ///M! I've been losing sleep over it the past week!

I could imagine man. I was dying to get a new m3 sedan also but ended up deciding to wait for the f30 to eventually land. In the end I got an f10 to satisfy the new car urge.

I wish you were too! Haha

Thank you, hopefully I can get rid of it quick. I'm also trying to get BMW to get me out of it, although I think this would really be a great deal for someone looking to get into a 5 series.

Great looking e60. Shouldn't last long. If you were NJ I'd strongly consider - but NY to NJ leases result in sales tax due at registration.

Thank you!

How does that work?

I've already paid sales tax so why would the person I'm transferring to pay again if they are out of state?
(For a lease, I understand why if they were to buy it from me).

I am actually in NJ but the car is registered in NY.

It goes up on LeaseTrader next week without winter tires, or tow hitch, or tire insurance (will transfer it to my new car).

Because NJ is a pain in the ass with this type of stuff. We moved from Maryland to NJ 2 years ago and brought a leased Acura with us. Maryland charges sales tax on the full MSRP on a lease. NJ charges sales tax only on depreciated value. So we paid tax as if we bought the car in Md. When we transferred to NJ, they charged me another $1k in sales tax to transfer the registration.
