Procede VIN Locking, New Units don't have VIN Lock.

First it was the ST, and now the Openflash. Feel like the bastard child that's been forgotten and neglected.

I've emailed several times for the unlock firmware and had no response. Please release the unlock firmware so I that I can at least cut my losses and move on.

For anyone who wants the vin unlock firmware, just send a request to sales@vishnutuning.com. You will get the firmware alone with directions on how to apply the update.

It applies to all Procedes.

For the record, they got back to me within 3 hours with the file, I'm happy as a clam

Shiv, if I update the firmware on my Procede rev 3, will I need to update my maps? I believe I might be running quite old firmware with a custom tuned map. I think it's either v109 or v105. Forgot which one.

Just install the firmware they send you, then reload the firmware that matches the map you want to use, Bam!

Sorry to revive this old thread, but if anyone is still around on the forum and has a copy of the unlock firmware for the N55, could they contact me through PM.

One year later and the support from Vishnu is remarkably even worse than last year.

I'm not sure which editions it is compatible with, but may be worth a try.
