Exclamation Cooling System problem

Hello world Please help me... I have a 2004 bmw 325i, I replaced the thermostat, water pump, and radiator do to some leaks, I have resolve to leaking problem but now I stumble across a different problem, the car is heating up after about 25 mins of running but when I turn the AC on hot and accelerate the temperature starts going down again. Also auxiliary fan for the AC turns on only when the AC on cold but not when its on Hot is this normal what might the problem be maybe the Coolant Temperature Sensor? your help is much appreciated.

might be simple but has happen. did you bleed the cooling system. search on method but if correct you have to set temp to highest and take the expansion cap off and loosen the bleeder valve. run the engine and keep about 1k rpms. coolant will start to flow and then leak through the bleeder. once that happens turn off car and let cool check level and fill if necessary. will help if you had help to monitor temp gauge. also do search just to be sure that I'm correct.
i did that to my e38 about 4 months ago.
