I want. Most people would go WTF but I think that is so retro. Goes back to the time when BMWs were unique, not an accessory to your credit card based life.

This. The second pipe is just aesthetics and extra weight.

Every BMW I've had has the exhaust on the left or in the middle (miss my E24) so it does not bother me. At this point, it's more of a BMW thing now then anything.

By the way, I think it would be cool if BMW brought back the centre exit exhaust.

Would love to see the center exit. Thought about a dual tip center exit on my 330i.

I love the stock look, would think about getting rid of the stock muffler though to change the sound and increase the exhaust flow...

I like the stock look but am a sucker for the symmetry that a center exit, dual, quad gives the rear end.

It's a 6 year old thread guys. Anyone so self absorbed in their car that a "single side" exhaust is a real problem - nobody can help them...

For you N52 guys wanting that "dual" (quad) look, REMUS is your friend . . .

Or Eisenman . . .

That's one of the riciest things I've ever seen...only thing that would make that worse is if the passenger's side tip wasn't actually connected to anything...

Agreed as well. Funny though, REMUS and Eisenman are not considered "ricey" companies . . . they just found a market to tap into.

Absolutely love the single sided exhaust. What does dual exhaust truly gain for looks?

Single sided exhaust is classic BMW.

15 years ago, nothing had dual exhaust and guys lined up at local muffler shops to have a flowmaster welded in with some custom bending on their F150's.

Fast forward to today, you can buy a ford flex with dual exhaust. Heck, everything comes with dual exhaust.

What has stayed true? BMW didnt follow suit like everyone else. They stuck with their roots and have a single sided exhaust, and it's awesome looking.

Mo pipes mo problems...

I'm actually more of a single-tip guy. I like that F30 320 look. Try doing this with duals! Or quads!

I'd also like to add that the M badge on that 328 (or whatever it is) is the second stupidest thing that owner did... Shoulda put an Uncle Ben's or Minute Rice logo instead.

Very true as well. Like they say, there's an ass for every seat...

When I worked for Bimmer some of the shit I saw broke my heart. The things most people did to their cars in the name of modding and standing out were beyond tacky and embarassing. Every once in a while I'd see a tastefully done car, but it was extremely rare...

I embrace my single side exhaust on my e91 328. I upgraded it to the AA Gen2 axel back and powder coated tips black! Couldn’t be happier 👍

I think the single side dual tip is doing exactly the right impression of the car. It is a moderately powerful car and I don't like it when cars look faster than they are. My 325i doesn't brag about, but it sure isn't a 320d/320i either!
